I had an AMAZING!! experience touring the property with the team who took extra time and care showing me different floor plans to find the one that best fit me. The building has INCREDIBLE views of downtown, amenities, and is close to the best spots around Houston! I highly recommend The Vic at Interpose with its incredible staff, prime location, and phenomenal floor plans!! Very excited to be moving in!

One of the poshest properties I've toured in the area. My girlfriend and I were looking to upgrade apartments (thank you crypto boom), and the Vic was recommended to us by some of our friends so we decided to reach out to the leasing office and schedule a tour. Stephanie, the property manager on site, worked with us to schedule a time for touring and walked us through all of the lease offerings and amenities the property has to offer. She made the whole process effortless and was high energy throughout. After touring we were thoroughly impressed, the gym and pool/lounge areas were top tier and the the apartment furnishings also stood out. This is a new complex so many of the amenities have yet to be broken in which is also nice. Thanks Stephanie and team, can't wait to move in next month!

Wow! I toured MANY properties throughout Houston, and without a doubt this was my favorite. There is tons of natural light, Downtown views, feminine accents, a rooftop pool & DOG PARK, and the Location is perfect! What truly sold me was the vibe and AMAZING service by Angie and Stephanie. Since living here, they have truly made this feel like a community. Currently I’m 3 months in, and highly recommend. My packages are delivered without issues, my neighbors are so kind, and I’ve witnessed so many beautiful unobstructed sun rises! Most importantly as a resident, I want to know should any issues arise they are handled quickly and I can say this is done with an actual sense of urgency! We even were hosted at Cycle Bar for a community event, as well as a few rooftop socials.

Such a pretty place with great views. The location is everything! Walking distance to a variety of restaurants and shops. My favorite part is definitely the roof-top pool and lounge area!

I visited this property and I just loved it. From the staff to the cool amenities. Unfortunately my job transferred me to a different city. I highly recommend living there.

I visited having just seen a nearby property only to be amazed by what I was walking into. It’s brand new, and stunning! A great roof top pool area housing sun chairs and an awesome gym. Everything is modern and clean, and the building still smells of fresh new paint. Angie is one of the most amazing people you will ever come across, smart and professional she goes the extra mile to help find you a new home. Can’t recommend this place enough, 10 out of 10 and really looking forward to moving in!
